Gogoush also known as Googoosh, and Gougoush Gogosh Googosh, is a famous Iranian / Persian singer, actress and icon.
Faegheh Gogoosh Atashin real name, was born May 5, 1950 in Tehran, Iran.

Googoosh is one of the most famous singers of Iran. Besides his career as a singer, Googoosh was also known as a famous actress in many films between peculiar Persian 60 and 70.

From 1979 to 2000, which is after the Iranian revolution, Googoosh was kept alive in Iran, but was forbidden to record or perform as was the case with all Iranian singers.

The younger generation appreciate music via bootleg recordings of his music Gougoosh outside Iran, which has a large following in many Middle Eastern countries and Central Asia, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California, and continued his musical career and shows rare in North America and some other countries.
